Jon J. Brotherton, 40, of Augusta, unlawful possession of scheduled drug Sept. 30 in Augusta; $400 fine.

Duc M. Bui, 42, of South Portland, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, Sept. 15 in Gardiner; $350 fine.

James A. Burns, 18, of Albion, two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 21 in Augusta; 24-hour jail sentence, $200 restitution.

Kevin Curtis, 53, of Winthrop, allowing dog to be at large Oct. 18 in Augusta; $50 fine.

Catherine S. Edmondson, 45, of Manchester, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, Oct. 12 in Winthrop; $350 fine.

Ryan D. Farias, 27, of Portsmouth, R.I., operating vehicle without license Oct. 4 in West Gardiner; $150 fine.

Linda Gallant, 53, of Augusta, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place Nov. 21 in Augusta; 24-hour jail sentence.

Kiley B. Harkins, 26, of Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked Nov. 9 in Monmouth; $500 fine.

Mark W. Harris, 51, of Augusta, criminal mischief Sept. 23 in Augusta; $200 fine, $40 restitution.

Tyler Christopher Hartman, 24, of Augusta, failure to comply with sex-offender registry act Sept. 5 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Dawn M. Holt, 43, of Winslow, keeping unlicensed dog Oct. 1 in Augusta; $50 fine.

Julian A. McIntosh, 54, of Readfield, operating while license suspended or revoked Oct. 31 in Winthrop; $700 fine, 72-hour jail sentence.

Ann Marie Meserve, 42, of Augusta, two charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug Sept. 25 and Oct. 2, both in Augusta; $400 fine.

William E. Mitchell, 34, of Janesville, Wis., commercial vehicle rule violation, operation 11-hour rule, Sept., 30, 2008, in West Gardiner; $250 fine.

Joshua Moore, 22, of Sidney, passing stopped school bus Oct. 1 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Dylan M. Morrison, 22, of Augusta, criminal mischief Sept. 21 in Augusta; $200 suspended fine, $1,252 restitution.

Khrystal L. O’Neil, 22, of Randolph, operating under the influence June 9, violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked July 31, all in Gardiner; $750 in fines, five-day jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Chelsea Pottle, 24, of Portland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 2 in Augusta; $400 fine, $2.78 restitution.

Audra Purington, 36, of Dresden and Farmingdale, failure to register vehicle May 21 and theft by receiving stolen property June 16, both in Augusta; $100 fine, 24-hour jail sentence.

John P. Smith, 22, of Gardiner, operating after habitual-offender revocation May 16 in Augusta; $500 fine, 30-day jail sentence.

Justin P. Snay Sr., 37, of Jefferson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and operating while license suspended or revoked Nov. 24 in Augusta; $600 fine, seven-day jail sentence, one-year license suspension.

Shane M. Stratton, 18, of Livermore Falls, being a minor having liquor on person Sept. 22 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Aaron Tibbetts, 28, of Augusta, domestic-violence assault Sept. 3 in Winthrop; 364-day jail sentence with all but 20 days suspended, two-year probation.
