AUGUSTA — Brian J. Arbour, 36, of Augusta, pleaded guilty Thursday in Kennebec County Superior Court to operating under the influence June 17, 2012, in Wayne.
Arbour was scheduled to go to trial on that charge Monday. Instead, he opted to plead guilty. He was sentenced to 10 days in the alternative sentencing program and fined $1,000, and his license and registration privileges were suspended for three years.
