Christopher D. Abbott, 21, of West Gardiner, operating under the influence (OUI) Sept. 7 in Gardiner; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Patricia M. Adams, 53, of Gardiner, terrorizing June 24 in Augusta; $400 fine.

Steven A. Allen, 19, of Pittston, minor possessing liquor Aug. 14 in Gardiner; $200 fine.

Tasha M. Almeida, 27, of Shawmut, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 3 in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence, $25 restitution.

Van W. Ames III, 36, of Athens, motor vehicle speeding more than 30 mph over the speed limit June 4 in West Gardiner; $500 fine.

Dana Armandi, 30, of Monmouth, OUI Aug. 24 in Monmouth; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Crystal O. Babcock, 22, of Pittsfield, operating while license suspended or revoked March 31 in Randolph; $600 fine, seven-day jail sentence, one-year license suspension.

Jason E. Batista, 31, of Liberty, operating while license suspended or revoked March 8 in China; $500 fine.

Derrick Bernard, 33, of Gardiner, OUI March 30 in Manchester; $700 fine, 180-day jail sentence, all but 10 days suspended, one-year probation, three-year license and registration suspension.

Mark T. Blake, 18, of Dresden, being a minor consuming liquor Aug. 14 in Gardiner; $200 fine.

Angela Bragg, 42, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked Aug. 28 in Gardiner; $250 fine.

Priscilla Brown, 42, of Augusta, harassment by telephone June 27 in Augusta; $150 fine.

Kevin E. Burgess, 47, of Winthrop, OUI Aug. 9 in Winthrop; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

William J. Chabot, 30, of Mount Vernon, unlawfully furnishing a scheduled drug June 14 in Winthrop; $400 fine, seven-day jail sentence.

Roy B. Clarke, 48, of Scarborough, operating/permitting operation of unregistered motorboat July 13 in China; $200 fine.

Shawn Adam Cyr, 27, of Monmouth, operating while license suspended or revoked Sept. 15 in Winthrop; $500 fine.

James Demmons, 38, of Gardiner, criminal mischief May 27 in Augusta; $100 fine, $1,500 restitution.

Nancy L. Dow, 52, of Winthrop, OUI April 17 in Winthrop; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Derrick L. Dupont, 22, of West Gardiner, violating condition of release Aug. 27 in West Gardiner; $200 fine.

Zachary S. Edwards, 19, of Winthrop, operating a vehicle without a license and OUI, both Sept. 1 in Winthrop; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Thomas J. Farrin, 27, of Canaan, OUI Feb. 7 in Randolph; $700 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Thomas M. Flanagan, 24, of Benton, operating at greater than headway speed July 4 in China; $100 fine.

Nicole L. Fowler, 29, of Edgecomb, possessing an illegal substance June 21 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Travis Glidden, 21, of Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked Aug. 13, 2012, in Monmouth; $500 fine, seven-day jail sentence.

Jason Grover, 32, of Winthrop, abuse of property while hunting Sept. 7 in Winthrop; $100 fine.

Michelle D. Haskell, 38, of Vassalboro, failing to stop, remain, provide information June 15 in China; $100 fine.

Amber Lynn Hosier, 20, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 12 in Gardiner; $400 fine.

Nicholas R. Hutchings, 28, of Chelsea, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 6, 2012, in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence, $300 restitution.

Nicholas A. Kelley, 29, of Chelsea, attaching false plates Aug. 14 in Hallowell; $150 fine.

Patrick Kirby, 33, of Monmouth, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 18 in Monmouth; $200 fine, $38.04 restitution.

Clement R. Leclair, 31, of Augusta, operating an unregistered ATV July 6 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Gabriel T. Macgregor, 31, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked Aug. 12 in Augusta; $500 fine.
