Tanya Boutelle, 50, of North Monmouth, failure to register vehicle Jan. 10 in Winthrop; $100 fine.

Shahad Crump, 22, of Waterville, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, Nov. 25, 2012, in Augusta; $350 fine.

Dustin T. Curtis, 35, of Augusta, assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, both Feb. 10 in Augusta; $300 fine, 180-day jail sentence, all but two days suspended, one-year administrative release.

Dawn M. Darling, 40, of Augusta, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures Dec. 16, 2012, in Augusta; $250 fine.

Wesley Doiron, 56, of Pittston, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, Nov. 7, 2011, in Pittston; $1,000 fine.

Vickie L. Elliott, 42, of Chesterville, attaching false plates Dec. 10, 2012, in Monmouth; $150 fine.

John J. Gagnon, 53, of Chelsea, theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property July 3, 2012, in Windsor; 10-day jail sentence.

Logan Gardner, 18, of Litchfield, violating protective order Feb. 8 in Litchfield; 48-hour jail sentence, credit for 48 hours served.

John F. Gilboy, 38, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Feb. 9 in Augusta; seven-day jail sentence.

Sarah McLaughlin, 44, of Pittston, operating vehicle without a license Dec. 14, 2012, in Randolph; $100 fine.

Daniel J. Murphy, 64, of Monmouth, domestic-violence assault Oct. 23, 2012, in Monmouth; 364-day jail sentence all but seven days suspended, one-year probation.

Gregory Ouellet, 33, of Augusta, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked, all Feb. 12 in Augusta; 12-day jail sentence, $1,200 in fines, three-year license and registration suspension.
