Rubchinuk, 42, of Winthrop, was found not guilty of a Dec. 5, 2011, domestic-violence assault charge in Winthrop. Corey Adams, 18, of Augusta, disorderly conduct, loud, unreasonable noise Feb. 23 in Augusta; two-day jail sentence. Scott Babineau, 23, of Litchfield, operating while license suspended or revoked Oct. 25, 2012, in Augusta; $250 fine. Timothy Bellavance, 44, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Dec. 23, 2012, in Augusta; 180-day jail sentence. Tade A. Brooks, 22, of Augusta, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, Oct. 16, 2012, in Augusta; $350 fine. Matthew R. Desautels, 25, of Manchester, failing to provide and display registration Jan. 4 in Manchester; $100 fine. Danielle M. Gallagher, 28, of Wales, operating while license suspended or revoked and driving to endanger, both Aug. 8 in Randolph; $1,075 in fines, 30-day license suspension. Peter Gary, 60, of Augusta, criminal trespass Feb. 3 in Augusta; 18-day jail sentence. John R. Henderson IV, 28, of Augusta, failing to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury Oct. 9, 2012, no town listed; $300 fine. Jennette A. Hernandez, 41, of Pittston, operating after license suspension Oct. 19, 2012, in Pittston; $250 fine. Christopher Kliewer, 32, of Waterville, violating protective order Feb. 20 in Augusta; 180-day jail sentence, all but one day suspended, one-year probation. Jody L. Littlefield, 30, of North Norway, operating while license suspended or revoked Oct. 5, 2012, in Monmouth; $500 fine. Donell Newsome, 53, of Hallowell, disorderly conduct, loud, unreasonable noise, Jan. 11 in Augusta; five-day jail sentence. Blaine Ray, 48, of Sabattus, two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, both July 5, 2012, in Augusta; $200 in fines, $591.53 restitution. Douglas J. Smilie, 51, of Augusta, operating vehicle without a license and operating under the influence, both March 24, 2012, in Augusta; $1,000 fine, 15-day jail sentence, three-year license and registration suspension. Joy M. Ware, 50, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 23, 2012, in Augusta; 180-day jail sentence, all but 48 hours suspended, one-year administrative release. Bryan Wood, 27, of Augusta, failure to register vehicle Oct. 16, 2012, in Augusta; $100 fine. Alexandrea R. Wysote, 24, of Farmingdale, attaching false plates and failing to stop, remain, provide information, both Feb. 24 in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence.
