AUGUSTA — The following is a list of cases closed between Dec. 13, 2012, and Dec. 19, 2012, in Augusta District Court:

Matthieu Aubuchon, 23, of Pittston, violation of striped bass rule, chapter 42, Oct. 1 in Gardiner; $150 fine.

Bryan S. Bernard, 56, of Windsor, operating while license suspended or revoked Nov. 1 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Jamie R. Clark, 27, of Winthrop, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 30, 2011, in West Gardiner; $400 fine.

Verle L. Harris, 39, of Brewer, operating while license suspended or revoked Sept. 13 in Readfield; $600 fine, seven-day jail sentence, one-year license suspension.

Ricky S. Higgins Sr., 44, of Cape Elizabeth, violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Feb. 13 in China; $400 in fines, $35 restitution.

Timothy P. Lane Jr., 35, of Auburn, violating condition of release July 4 in Winthrop; 48-hour jail sentence.

Karen Mann, 49, of Augusta, violating condition of release Oct. 1 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Celeste A. Plaisted, 52, of China, sale and use of drug paraphernalia Sept. 27 in China; $300 fine.

David E. Richardson, 34, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked April 6, 2008, in Monmouth and failing to appear in court May 7, 2008, in Augusta; $250 fine.

Shuman Motors Inc. of Augusta, invalid certificate of title or salvage Oct. 27 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Susan Walker, 50, of Manchester, violating condition of release Nov. 2 in Manchester; $100 fine.

Kaylynn C. Whitney, 25, of Augusta, failure to appear in court on a criminal summons Oct. 12, 2011, and endangering the welfare of a child July 12, 2011, both in Augusta; 180-day jail sentence with all but two days suspended, one-year administrative release.
