AUGUSTA — The following cases involving area residents were closed from Aug. 15 to Aug. 21 in Augusta District Court.

Eric Austin, 21, of Augusta, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked, operating vehicle without license, all April 19 in Gardiner; criminal mischief and criminal trespass, Oct. 22 in Farmingdale; and operating while license suspended or revoked March 30 in Hallowell; $1,650 in fines, $100 restitution, 96 hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Damon S. Bailey, 19, of South China, minor possessing liquor June 21 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Lloyd E. Bowden, 54, of Augusta, indecent conduct June 6 in Augusta; seven day jail sentence.

Kenneth L. Buck Jr., 32, of Livermore Falls, criminal mischief July 12 in Winthrop; $200 fine, $200 restitution.

Randall E. Carl, 47, of Knox, operating under the influence June 21 in Gardiner; $700 fine, seven day jail sentence, three-year license suspension, registration suspended.

Jacqueline Chapman, 39, of Bangor, operating while license suspended or revoked Nov. 30, 2011, in Augusta; $500 fine.

Katelyn H. Colby, 22, of Gardiner, failure to register vehicle July 5 in Gardiner; $100 fine.

Jose A. Diaz Zorriua, 18, of Saint Albans, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit July 15 in Gardiner; $500 fine.

Charles M. Doyon, 38, of Augusta, violating condition of release Aug. 16 in Augusta; seven-day jail sentence.

Raymond Ellis, 31, of Windsor, failure to vaccinate canine May 13 in Augusta; $50 fine.

Troy P. Giles, 38, of Hancock, operating under the influence June 23 in Augusta; $500 fine, 90 day license suspension.

Andrew J. Glynn, 24, of Readfield, operating under the influence Jan. 1 in Augusta; $700 fine, 90 day jail sentence with all but 10 days suspended, one year administrative release, three-year license and registration suspension.

Alan S. Goldhammer, 25, of Vassalboro, operating without safety equipment June 9 in Readfield; $100 fine.

Kale Inoue, 34, of Kennebunk, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit May 7 in Hallowell; $500 fine.

Nicholas A. Kelley, 29, of Chelsea, burning without permit May 4; $50 fine.

Ericka F. Lagasse, 30, of Oakland, violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 8 in Augusta; $600 in fines.

Charles J. Leonard, 27, of Brunswick, trespass by motor vehicle March 26 in Litchfield; $100 fine, $312 restitution.

Steven V. Long, 46, of Mount Vernon, operating while license suspended or revoked June 7 in Manchester; $750 fine.

Fernande Madore, 67, of Winthrop, keeping dangerous dog May 27 in Monmouth; $250 fine.

Katelynn M. McLaughlin, 20, of Augusta, two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, May 13 and August 18, both in Augusta; $500 in fines.

James Morrison, 32, of Guilford, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce June 30 in Gardiner; $350 fine.

Richard Paradis, 43, of Augusta, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized use of property, all Aug. 17 in China; $400 fine, 30 day jail sentence.

Patricia Payson, 39, of Augusta, operating vehicle without license May 11 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Philip Adrian Poulin Jr., 42, of Augusta, keeping dangerous dog May 10 in Augusta; $250 fine, $267.61 restitution.

Andrew R. Pratt, 27, of Augusta, operating vehicle without license June 27 in Augusta; $150 fine.

Jeffrey A. Richards, 56, of Belgrade, cultivating marijuana and criminal mischief June 21 in Augusta; $600 in fines, $200 restitution.

William J. Rines, 40, of Monmouth, three charges of allowing dog to be at large and one charge of keeping dangerous dog, Feb. 22; $400 in fines.

Robert Rodgers, 48, of Winthrop, domestic violence assault June 4; $200 fine, 12-hour jail sentence.
