Participants in the AIDS Walk of Central Maine start north from Hallowell on Saturday morning. About 100 people took part in the fundraiser for MaineGeneral Medical Center's Horizon Program. They walked a five kilometer route  from Hallowell to downtown Augusta on Kennebec River Rail Trail and 10 kilometer runners did that twice.
