James Barnes Jr., 50, of Augusta and South China, two charges of violating condition of release Feb. 24 and March 4 in Augusta; seven-day jail sentence.

Courtney W. Berzinis, 31, of Readfield, operating while license suspended or revoked Dec. 19, 2013, in Augusta; $500 fine, 24-hour jail sentence.

Nickolas Grivois, 25, of Augusta, two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Dec. 25, 2013, and Jan. 5, both in Augusta, and two charges of violating condition of release Dec. 26, 2013, in Gardiner, and Jan 5 in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence, $930 restitution.
