ArrestsRandolph

Thursday: At 7:28 p.m., a pair of Gardiner women were arrested by police responding to a report of a fight in a vehicle on Water Street. Michelle Benavidez, 32, and Tabitha Ashley Stevens, 30, were both charged with domestic violence assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Stevens also was charged with driving to endanger.
