Nicholas Carpenter, date of birth unknown, of Augusta, keeping unlicensed dog Nov. 13, 2013, in Augusta; $50 fine.

Hannah M. Cash, 18, of Newcastle, minor possessing liquor Sept. 21, 2013, in Pittston, $200 fine.
