Augusta

Monday: At 5:29 p.m., mischief was reported on Glenridge Drive.

7:22 p.m., there was an accident on Western Avenue.

10:55 p.m., a disturbance was reported on Washington Street.

Tuesday: At 4:31 a.m., disorderly conduct was reported on Gage Street.

6:47 a.m., a disturbance was reported on Cedar Court.

8:46 a.m., there was an accident on Bangor Street.

9:34 a.m., there was an accident on Western Avenue.

Chelsea

Saturday: There was an accident on Oakwood Drive.

Monday: At 3:31 p.m., an alarm sounded on River Road.

4:53 p.m., there was an accident on River Road.

8:28 p.m., an alarm sounded on Norway Drive.

China

Thursday: A 52-year-old woman was charged with assault by police responding to a report of a woman attacking an employee with scissors on Route 3.

Friday: A 23-year-old man was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop for a vehicle defect on Route 32.

Dresden

Thursday: A 2004 Toyota Sienna being driven north on Blinn Hill Road by a 68-year-old Pittston woman slid out of control and struck a utility pole.

Gardiner

Sunday: A 38-year-old man was charged with a possession of a usable amount of marijuana during a traffic stop on Interstate 295 for a defective brake light.

Monday: At 9:06 a.m., there was an accident on Bridge Street.

2:43 p.m., there was an accident on Brunswick Avenue.

Tuesday: At 8:33 a.m., an alarm sounded on Water Street.

Jefferson

Dec. 27: A 5500-watt Generac generator was reported stolen.

Dec. 31: A 2001 Toyota Camry being driven north on Bunker Hill Road by 16-year-old Dylen D. Mahonen of Rockland slid out of control on ice. The Camry crossed the road and went into a ditch.

A 16-year-old Rockland boy was charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Bunker Hill Road.

Litchfield

Sunday: A 22-year-old man was charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop for an expired inspection sticker on Route 197.

Pittston

Saturday: Police responded to East Pittston Road for a person threatening suicide.

Richmond

Dec. 23: An alarm sounded on Main Street.

Dec. 24: At 11:56 p.m., there was a report of suspicious activity on Langdon Road.

Dec. 26: At 1:08 a.m., there was a report of suspicious activity on Main Street.

10:42 p.m., theft was reported on Main Street.

Dec. 27: At 12:02 a.m., a 19-year-old Gardiner man was charged with operating after suspension during a traffic stop on Main Street.

12:39 p.m., an assault was reported on Main Street.

7:19 p.m., there was a report of a family fight on Pleasant Street.

Dec. 30: At 10:02 a.m., theft was reported on Kimball Street.

10:03 a.m., there was a report of suspicious activity on Lilac Lane.

4:30 p.m., there was an accident on Alexander Reed Road.

4:49 p.m., injury was reported after a crash in the northbound lane of Interstate 295 near mile marker 43.

Dec. 31: At 12:39 p.m., there was an accident on Main Street.

4:18 p.m., a 43-year-old South Portland man was charged with illegal attachment of registration plates during a traffic stop on Main Street after the driver reportedly backed his car in the wrong direction on the Interstate 295 on-ramp.

6:21 p.m., a 22-year-old Bowdoinham man was charged with operating with an expired license during a traffic stop on White Road.

Jan. 1: At 3:32 a.m., a car being driven by a 19-year-old Richmond woman crash on Main Street. The investigation is ongoing but alcohol is believed to have been a factor.
