Joshua J. Broad, 22, of Augusta, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce Nov. 10 in Augusta; $350 fine.

Timothy Lee Brown, 36, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release and misuse of identification, all on Aug. 20 in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence, $212 restitution.

John J. Christy Mackenzie, 53, of Scarborough, operating under the influence June 28 in Winthrop; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Christopher Colwell, date of birth unavailable, of South China, possession of drug paraphernalia Sept. 9 in China; $300 fine.

Sherry J. Evans, 51, of South China, operating while license suspended or revoked Oct. 29 in South China; $250 fine.
