Arrests

Friday: At 8:18 p.m., Ryan G. Gary, 26, of Augusta, was arrested and charged in Augusta with theft and violating a condition of release following a report of shoplifting at the Hannaford supermarket on Whitten Road.

9:30 p.m., Ariana Lee Doherty, 27, of Augusta, was arrested on Gage Street and charged with elevated aggravated assault.

Saturday: At 3:06 a.m., Virginia Stasulis, 55, of Augusta, was arrested on Sewall Street in Augusta and charged with domestic-violence assault.
