JOHNS CREEK, Ga. — Mark Steven Wright of Manchester recently became one of the first physician assistants to earn a new specialty credential, Certificate of Added Qualifications in Orthopaedic Surgery, from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Wright met licensure, education and experience requirements and passed an exam in the specialty. He is employed by MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta.
