Cotton Mill closed during festivities

HALLOWELL -- Cotton Mill Apartments announced recently it will be unable to participate in Old Hallowell Day festivities Saturday due to ongoing renovations.
Renovations are expected to be complete in time for their participation in October's Fall Festival. For more information, call 623-2591.
