Cohen Center to hold night of dinner, dancing May 14

HALLOWELL -- Spectrum Generations' William S. Cohen Community Center will hold a benefit dinner and dance from 4 to 7 p.m. May 14 at the center, 22 Town Farm Road.

Chef Bradford Slye of Cohen on the Meadows will prepare a buffet dinner of roasted chicken, baked haddock, potatoes and onions, vegetables, fruit, chocolate fudge and strawberry short cake and more.

Doors will open at 4 p.m. and dinner starts at 4:15 p.m. Dancing to the music of the Swingtime Band will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Reservations are required. Tickets cost $13 or $25 for couples. Proceeds benefit the William S. Cohen Community Center. To register, call 626-7777.
