SNAPSHOT: Taking a break

Bill Phinney stays comfortable Thursday in his wheelbarrow while monitoring a brush fire outside his home in Litchfield. Phinney said the mild weather encouraged him to kindle the burn pile in his yard. “I just love it,” he said of the February thaw.
