PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. --Jim and Sharon Smith of Prescott Valley, Ariz. announce the engagement of their daughter, Hailey Smith to Cody DeGuzman, son of John DeGuzman of Waterville, Maine and Jim and Deborah Peacock of Vassalboro, Maine.
The couple resides in Arizona and met while working at Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in 2008.
Hailey is a 1995 graduate of Shady Spring High School in Shady Spring, W.V. and is currently attending Yavapai College and Northern Arizona University pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business. She is employed as the Admissions Coordinator at Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Prescott Valley, Ariz.
Cody is a 2002 graduate of Waterville High School in Waterville, Maine and a 2007 graduate of Kennebec Valley Community College where he earned an Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant. He is currently attending Yavapai College to further his education in Occupational Therapy. He is currently employed at Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Prescott Valley, Ariz. as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
The couple will be married May 14, 2011 on the coast of Maine.
