Morning Sentinel Staff

TOPSHAM -- Peter and Lori Saucier of Topsham, ME and Jeffrey and Denise Carpenter of Haw River, N.C. are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Denise Saucier to Christopher Ryan Deslandes. Christopher is the son of Michael and Sandra Deslandes of Newport, Vt.

Sarah is a 2004 graduate of Lawrence High School and is employed by the United States Postal Service.

Christopher is a 2003 graduate of North Country Union High School, Newport, Vt. and a 2005 graduate of Kennebec Valley Community College. He is a Lineworker for Time Warner Inc.

An April 2012 wedding will be held aboard the Norwegian Epic Cruise Ship in Miami, Florida.
