AUGUSTA -- Terrie Kee of Augusta and Jeffrey Kee of Rockland are announcing the engagement of their daughter Kristina Marie to Alex Rand of Hampden.

Kristina is a 2004 graduate of Cony High School in Augusta, and a 2007 graduate of Husson College in Bangor where she received her degree in Business Administration. She is employed through the Department of Health and Human Services in Portland.

Alex is the son of Lorna and Bill Rand of Clifton, and graduated in 2003 from John Bapst Memorial High School. He also attended the University of Maine at Orono and graduated in 2008 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He is employed at Hannaford's Corporate Office in Scarborough.

A summer 2011 wedding is being planned.
