Dusty,Poulin

WINSLOW -- Bill and Donna Dusty of Winslow have announced the engagement of their daughter, Heather Dusty of Westbrook to Joshua Poulin of Westbrook, son of Leslie and Ian Wilson of Winslow and Tim Campbell and Tabatha Bessey of Vassalboro.

Heather is a 2007 graduate of Plymouth State University. She is an Office Administrator and Event Coordinator at the Purpoodock Club in Cape Elizabeth.

Joshua is a 2007 graduate of Kennebec Valley Community College. He is a First Class Electrical Lineworker for On Target Utility Services of Portland.

A September 29, 2012, wedding is planned.
