SOMERVILLE -- The parents of Danika Barnett proudly announce the engagement of their daughter to David Brown Jr.

Barnett is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Barnett of Somerville. Brown is the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Brown of Whitefield.

Barnett graduated from Cony High School and Capilo Institute of Cosmetology. She is employed by Brooks Trap Mill.

Brown is a 1999 graduate of Erskine Academy. He is employed by Reny's Distribution Center.

A fall wedding is planned.
