HUNTSVILLE, Ala. -- Mr. Michael and Mrs. Cathy Banks of Huntsville, Ala. are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Marie Banks to Ryan Keith Carpenter, son of Mr. Keith Carpenter of Athens, Maine and Ms. Jenyfer Carpenter of Madison, Maine.

Tiffany will graduate in May 2012 from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Education.

Ryan graduated in May 2011 from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He is a Civil Engineer employed by Bechtel in Frederick, Md.

The wedding is planned for June 23, 2012, at 1 p.m. at Ford's Chapel, United Methodist Church, Harvest, Ala.
