Audrey, Ervin Tyler

WINSLOW -- Ervin and Audrey Tyler of Winslow celebrated their 71st wedding anniversary on April 12, 2012, with a small family gathering.

Mr. Tyler married the former Audrey Witham on April 12, 1941 in Albion. Rev. Heikes performed the ceremony.

Mrs. Tyler was employed at Mid-Maine Medical Center, Seton Unit in Waterville, retiring in 1994.

Mr. Tyler was employed at Scott Paper Company, retiring in 1983.

The couple had two daughters, Bonnie Tyler of Connecticut, and Nancy Tyler McCutcheon, who died in 2003; a son-in-law Harold McCutcheon; two grandchildren, Mark McCutcheon and his wife Laurie, and Michael McCutcheon and his wife Deanna; three great-grandchildren, Justin McCutcheon and his wife, Sara, Kristi McCutcheon and Ian McCutcheon; a niece, Pamela Wallace and her husband, Bob; and dear friends, Sheila Davis and Sharon Lamb.

Guests attended from Winslow, China, Oakland, Portland, Maine as well as from Connecticut.
