WATERVILLE -- Mr. Jonathan Alexis and Mrs. Debra Michaud-Alexis of Waterville are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Anastasia D. Alexis to Thomas W. Sims, son of Mr. John Sims and Mrs. Lynnette Sims of Vassalboro.

Anastasia, a 2005 graduate of Waterville High School, will receive her Bachelor's in Social Work from University of Southern Maine in the spring of 2012.

Thomas is a 2005 graduate of Erskine Academy and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics at University of Southern Maine.

The couple will be married February 14, 2012 on the island of Dominica, West Indies.
