NEW PORTLAND -- Richard Schobel and Pamela Schonfarber, both of New Portland, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Jessie Jean Schobel, of New Portland, to Justin Royce Frost, of Embden, son of Royce Frank and Debbie Frost of Embden.
Jessie is a graduate of Carrabec High School, Kennebec Valley Community College and the University of Maine at Farmington. She is Manager at Anni's Market in Kingfield.
