The University of Maine field hockey team hosts Bryant University at 1 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 9. It's almost a Skowhegan field hockey reunion.

Six players on the two teams are Skowhegan grads. Bryant has the Hancock triplets (MaKayla, Mallory, and Megan) and freshman Mikayla Fitzmaurice. Maine has freshmen Nicole Sevey and Jessica Skillings.

Bryant is 1-4 and Megan Hancock has played every minutes in goal for the Bulldogs. She's got a 3.00 goals-against-average and a .712 save percentage.

Maine has a 2-4 record. Skillings is tied for the team lead with two goals, and Sevey has an assist.
