WATERVILLE — Jarrad DeVaughn, a junior guard on the Thomas College men’s basketball team, has been named a preseason honorable mention all-American by DIII News.

DeVaughn averaged 21 points and seven rebounds last season. He was named to the North Atlantic Conference first team and was named the conference’s rookie of the year as a freshman.

The Terriers open the season on Nov. 15.
