WHITINGHAM, VT. — Thomas College’s Jessica Bowen has been named the North Eastern Athletic Conference East Division Women’s Tennis Rookie of the Year.

Bowen finished the 2011 season with an overall record of 5-4 at No. 1 singles and 4-5 doubles.
