AUGUSTA -- The following cases closed in Augusta District Court from July 16 to July 22.

Roberta D. Beckwith, 51, of Madison, operating under the influence May 14 in Augusta; $500 fine, two-day jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Aaron Bourdeau, 26, of Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked May 27 in Augusta; $750 fine, 10-day jail sentence.

Jennifer Brennan, 33, of Winthrop, allowing dog to be at large May 17 in Winthrop; $50 fine.

Jennifer Breton, 30, of Augusta, harassment May 6 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Bradley Brown, 29, of Vassalboro, operating while license suspended or revoked June 6 in Augusta; $500 fine.

Joanna A. Brown, 25, of Augusta, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place July 15 in Augusta; 24-hour jail sentence.

Lawrence P. Cook, 46, of Winthrop, permitting unaccompanied person younger than 16 to operate ATV June 11 in Winthrop; $100 fine.

Heather M. Cornell, 30, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 11 in Augusta; $300 fine, $150 suspended.

Jason Davidovitch, 32, of Gardiner, disorderly conduct July 17 in Hallowell; 24-hour jail sentence.

Heather A. Dupont, 35, of Whitefield, assault June 25 in Augusta; $300 fine.

November D. Erving, 26, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 16 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Brian J. Fortin, 44, of South China, obstructing government administration and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, both June 7 in China; $400 in fines.

Alan W. Gilcott Jr., 36, of Augusta, possession of marijuana May 23 in West Gardiner; $350 fine.

Joseph Glidden, 46, of West Gardiner, cultivating marijuana March 26 in West Gardiner; $750 in fines.

Andrew D. Gray, 20, of Farmingdale, operating while license suspended or revoked June 27 in Augusta; $500 fine.

Roland Jellison, 39, of Dresden, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, both May 11 in Chelsea; $650 in fines.

Douglas A. Jenkins, 53, of Chelsea, OUI June 8 in Gardiner; $700 fine, seven-day jail sentence, three-year license suspension.

Jamie L. Kalloch, 35, of South Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked May 9 in Randolph; $250 fine.

Christopher P. Lord, 34, of Gardiner, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures May 6 in Gardiner; $200 fine.

Clarence A. Martins Jr., 62, of Richmond, operating while license suspended or revoked Dec. 30, 2008, in Chelsea; $1,000 fine, 120 hours community service.

Holly J. Mayo, 39, of Dresden, operating while license suspended or revoked May 7 in Farmingdale; $750 fine.

Thaddeus McDonald, 30, of Augusta, burglary of a motor vehicle July 19 in Augusta; 45-day jail sentence.

Robert Morton, 44, of Monmouth, violating protective order July 18 in Monmouth; $500 fine, 24-hour jail sentence.

Dereck Oltz, 31, of Augusta, cultivating marijuana Feb. 26 in Augusta; $750 fine, two-day jail sentence.

Emily Owen, 21, of Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked May 13 and sale and use of drug paraphernalia May 8, both in Winthrop; $550 in fines.

Derick Partin, 38, of Pittston, sale and use of drug paraphernalia May 23 in Gardiner; $300 fine.

Benjamin A. Perry, 32, of Chelsea, OUI June 25 in Gardiner; $700 fine, 30-day jail sentence, three-year license suspension.

Brandon Perry, 18, of Litchfield, possession of marijuana June 16 in Litchfield; $350 fine.

Mark T. Petela, 31, of Augusta, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, both May 8 in Augusta; $650 in fines.

Holly N. Roewer, 25, of Lewiston, OUI and operating while license suspended or revoked, both July 18 in Gardiner; $750 in fines, 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

John E. Russo, 46, of Waterville, operating while license suspended or revoked June 5, 2007, in West Gardiner, and failure to appear in court on criminal summons Aug. 8, 2007, in Augusta; $650 in fines.

Dale Small, 33, of Veazie, motor vehicle speeding more than 30 mph over speed limit May 16 in Augusta; $750 fine.

Arthur J. Smith, 69, of Sidney, failure to register vehicle June 18 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Deidrah L. Stanchfield, 25, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked May 24 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Keith Allen Tardiff, 18, of Augusta, assault July 18 in Hallowell; 364-day jail sentence all but seven days suspended, one year probation, $250 restitution.

Christina Thibeault, 28, of Lewiston, failure to register vehicle May 22 in Litchfield; $150 fine.

Chad Trussell, 27, of Pittston, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise May 29 in Pittston; $100 fine.

Darcy M. Waugh, 33, of Readfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 27 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Jessica Wheeler, 31, of Unity, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 8 in Augusta; $500 fine.

Bethany Wyman, 26, of Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked April 25 in Litchfield; $250 fine.
