AUGUSTA -- Here is a list of cases closed in Augusta District Court between June 12 and 18:

Michael Alexander, 21, of Litchfield, minor consuming liquor April 5 in Gardiner; $200 fine.

Ryan D. Allen, 21, of Madison, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license with condition/restriction, both May 18 in Augusta; $800 in fines, 90-day license suspension.

Joselyn A. Ames, 18, of Augusta, criminal mischief May 22 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Myhre K. Bache Wiig, 45, of Augusta, commercial vehicle rule violation: failure to possess previous seven days' status April 27 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Shane Baker, 20, of Palermo, sale and use of drug paraphernalia March 6 in China; $300 fine.

Robert Barry, 47, of Augusta, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise April 27 in Augusta; $100 fine, $50 restitution.

Christopher Bell, 23, of Augusta, assault May 23 in Augusta; six months in jail.

Michael Benjamin, 24, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked May 25 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Kurt Blodgett, 18, of Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked April 7 in Winthrop; $250 fine.

Clover S. Bowring, 20, of Norridgewock, violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer both May 6 in Augusta; seven-day jail sentence.

Shawn S. Bunker, 42, of West Gardiner, burning without a permit April 25 in West Gardiner, $50 fine.

Heather L. Chisholm, 19, of Augusta, minor possessing liquor May 24 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Jacob R. Choate, 19, of Augusta, assault Jan. 30 in Augusta; nine-month jail sentence, $300 fine.

Jacob Weston Clark, 21, of Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked March 15 in Monmouth; seven-day jail sentence, $750 fine.

Eric A. Cloutier, 29, of Augusta, violating a protective order on March 1 and on May 21, both in Augusta; two-day jail sentence, $500 fine.

Dawn M. Collentro, 31, of Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked April 7 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Eric J. Collins, 22, of West Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to stop for an officer April 3 in Farmingdale; 48-hour jail sentence, $250 fine.

Louise M. Cram, 60, of Manchester, two counts of keeping an unlicensed dog on April 29, $50 in fines.

Amber J. Desjardins, 21, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked May 23 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Heather M. Dolan, 20, of Winslow, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor Jan. 12 in China; $500 fine.

Paul W. Duplin, 18, of Augusta, sale and use of drug paraphernalia April 30 in Manchester; $300 fine.

Robert J. Egloff, 36, of Farmingdale, operating while license suspended or revoked May 16 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Shawn Emerson, 39, of Manchester, OUI May 22 in West Gardiner; 364-day jail sentence, all but 10 days suspended, one-year probation, 18-month license and registration suspension.

Audra J. Ezzell, 39, of Clinton, OUI May 11 in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Alfred Finley, 46, of Winthrop, OUI Dec. 30, 2007, in Winthrop; 72-hour jail sentence, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Bryan J. Gaghan, 21, of Winthrop, OUI Dec. 18, 2007, in Winthrop; 48-hour jail sentence, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Nathan F. Galouch, 18, of Hallowell, OUI April 22 in Randolph; 48-hour jail sentence, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Keith Gamache, 38, of Westbrook, assault June 8 in Pittston; 180-day jail sentence, all but four days suspended, two years' probation.

Chris J. Gifford, 26, of New Sharon, operating while license suspended or revoked May 13 in Winthrop; $250 fine.

Jerry E. Gorman, 43, of West Gardiner, burning without a permit April 26 in West Gardiner; $50 fine.
