AUGUSTA -- Here is a list of cases closed from Nov. 6 to 12 in Augusta District Court:

Eben Andrus, 35, of Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, both Sept. 20 in Gardiner; $800 in fines.

Ruth Charest, 38, of Augusta, operating under the influence Oct. 8 in Manchester; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Robin S. Cote, 47, of Chelsea, possession of marijuana Sept. 22 in Farmingdale; $350 fine.

Nikki R. Dodge, 26, of Whitefield, theft by deception Nov. 7 in Augusta; 72-hour jail sentence.

Robert E. Dostie Jr., 53, of Augusta, failing to report May 19 in Augusta; 20-day jail sentence.

Joshua M. Drew, 24, of Augusta, domestic-violence assault Nov. 12 in Augusta; 364-day all-suspended jail sentence, two years' probation.

Kimberly Fillmore, 23, of Standish, operating while license suspended or revoked Oct. 10 in Augusta; $500 fine.

Richard Hill, 48, of Augusta, allowing dog to be at large Oct. 17 in Augusta; $50 fine.

Patrick Hotchkiss, 48, of Portland, two counts of violating protective order, Aug. 15 and Nov. 4, both in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence.

Sharon L. Kane, 44, of Augusta, OUI Feb. 23 in Hallowell; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

James B. Labbe Jr., 28, of Chelsea, failing to make oral or written accident report Sept. 7 in Chelsea; $200 fine.

Nickalaus Mills, 21, of Winthrop, driving to endanger Sept. 2 in Winthrop; $575 fine, 30-day license suspension.

Darnell A. Robinson, 49, of Winthrop, OUI Oct. 27 and violating condition of release Nov. 5, both in Augusta; $700 fine, 18-month license suspension, two-day jail sentence.

Carrie Ann Shockley, 30, of Litchfield, operating vehicle without a license Sept. 1 in Farmingdale; $150 fine.

David O. Sivret, 23, of Calais, OUI, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, all Nov. 8 in Farmingdale; $750 in fines, 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Trisha Spakowsky, 26, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked Oct. 11 in Farmingdale; $250 fine.

Stephanie E. St. Amand, 27, of Augusta, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place Aug. 26 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Jonathan Swindells, 28, of Chelsea, assault Sept. 7 in Gardiner; $300 fine.

Paul R. Webber, 20, of Oakland, motor vehicle speeding more than 30 mph over speed limit July 22 in Gardiner; $700 fine.

Erica E. Wenckus, 31, of Palermo, operating while license suspended or revoked, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, all Sept. 16 in Augusta; $1,150 in fines.

Alex M. Whitehouse, 21, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked Sept. 22 in Farmingdale; $250 fine.
