SNAPSHOT: Shadow dancers

With temperatures in the 90s, Frank Harvey, 78, and his wife, Erika, 71, swing beneath a canopy Wednesday to the country western tunes of the Freedom Riders accompanied by fiddler Tim Farrell at the Windsor Fair. Despite the heat, crowds came to dance and watch the steer pulls at the annual agricultural exhibition.
